At St. Luke’s everything we do is guided by Jesus. We are convinced that “he died for all, so that those who live might live no longer for themselves, but for him who died and was raised for them.” (2 Corinthians 5:15). So we listen to him, worship him, and seek to respond to the call he has made to us.

Our faith
The Bible is the ultimate rule and standard of our faith. As God’s word for us, we believe it contains all things necessary for salvation. We hold to the Apostles’ Creed and the Nicene Creed, which outline the Christian faith. We agree to the Anglican formularies, notably the Thirty-Nine Articles of Religion.
As an Anglican Church, we are part of the Anglican Diocese of Melbourne, the Anglican Church of Australia, and the worldwide Anglican Communion.
